No Easter Egg hunt thread for the new update? Shameful display!

Now, since the asteroids are procedurally generated, it is not very likely that there are any Easter Eggs on them. Everything else is fair game, though. I mean, think about it: If you worked with the NASA, you'd put something in your game to commemorate it, right?

What are you waiting for? Hop to it!

Not trying to steal the thread but is there a way to search for Easter eggs or do you have to stumble across them. I've been to the Mun over 100 times and never found anything.

The best way to search for them is to just go where you think they might be and comb the place. The Mun Easter Eggs, however, are well known and you can look up their locations.

Danfire - if you want to 'play' finding the Easter Eggs rather than just checking them out install the SCANSat mod and use its sensors to map each celestial body. Easter Eggs will be marked as 'anomalies'. Then you just have to visit them to find out what they actually are.

It'd be cool if magic boulder showed up as an asteroid now.

Interesting thought. We'd have to check a ton of asteroids, though, so it's best to stick the the planets and moons for now.

Is anyone willing to check Ike for the Magic Boulder?

Been hanging around Ike the last day or so in the Magic Boulder's old orbital path. Haven`t seen it. Don`t think our old friend is back :(

So sad :(

Considering the manic development cycle of 0.23.5 i don't expect to see any new (or re-born) easter eggs.

Actually they had their Teams split up. One Group was working on 23.5 and the other one on .24

I would also doubt that they added any easter egg to it.

I looked into that mod I was just wondering if there was a way to find them (outside a mod) other than blindly stumbling upon the easter eggs?

If you tear through all of the coding, I'm sure that you could find all of the easter eggs hidden throughout the game. But good luck with that!
