Built a Mothership! :)..... now what?

So, after an hour or four of designing and a few launches, I have assembled this:

It has an on board Science lab, Small lander, Its full of Fuel and is powered by 8 Nuclear engines.

Im hoping i can get to Duna with it, and Maybe Duna's moon (name escapes me)

What else do you think i can be capable of with it?

Also, What is your opinion on this? its the first time ive attempted something like this, so any critisism/comments welcome.

I belive you could take that from Duna to Jool, and then back again landing on all the moons except tylo and land it on the mun.

Ike's SOI is pretty big. It's hard to avoid.

The bit on the bottom is a lander, it still has the rendevous stage attached as it has a little fuel left, i will ditch this once its empty.
