How to Launch planes using rockets?

So I'm designing a Space Shuttle... It will be a plane strapped on the top of a Rocket.

I've tested It... But.... The Aerodynamics of the Shuttle screw up the gravity turn.

How do I fix this?

A pic of your turn would help, but you want to roll either to 0 degree or 180 degree (I suggest 0 degree) so that you can use the wings of your aircraft to assist in keeping your rocket straight.

Not really; that still allows quite a wide variety of aerodynamics. A screenshot so we have a bit of knowledge about what sort of aerodynamics are going on would be ideal.

You might be able to get a bit of help from Scott Manley's Interstellar Quest episode where he launches something quite a bit like what you're describing. I think it was called "A plane that flies in space you say?"

Without knowing anything more, I can guess that you might be able to get help by attaching aerodynamic thingamabobs to the main rocket, which, if done correctly, might offset the aerodynamic wonks presented by the shuttle. Or maybe you could try disabling the winglets and flaps on the shuttle, if it's the shuttle's steering screwing you up.
