Fail contracts: LV-909 LV-T45 MK16 shute

Has anyone else had issues with some contracts simply not finishing even though all conditions were met?

Doing the first missions and orbital rescue worked fine, today I try to cleanup my outstanding ones and they just wouldn`t complete

2 normal attempts and 1 decoupled attempt, I even abandoned the LV-T45 and took it back with attempt 3 lol

win7 64-bits

Would love to hear if anyone else had it happend and managed to find the cause

You have to stage the part after the conditions are met. Sometimes you can right click and choose Run Test on the part but I've noticed that isn't always the case. Read the contract fully.
