New loading screens from Squad

Squad made some great animations for KSP. But honestly, who watches them months after the release of the new update? It's a shame to see so much high quality material wasted. Therefore, I suggest that in the upcoming KSP update Squad should give us more new loading screens. Here's what I mean:

What would be nice to see in 0.25 or 0.24.1:

This is a small thing but I think it would be nice to get it plus it doesn't require much work.

I don't think this is a really high-priority item, but given that the artwork already exists and the implementation is trivial, why not?

While it is a nice idea, it is not a top priority to be honest. If done now it will only be asked to be changed again at a later date.....and then it will be asked to be changed again after that. Something like this is usually done when it is ready for a retail release to give it a polished look, and it might even be animated too using some of the videos they have done for promos.

I think they'd be good for some of the currently black-screen transitions too (such as the transition from VAB/SPH/Space Center to runway/launchpad/tracking station).

I think once release happens there'd be an "extras" clicky main menu to get things like videos and maybe even an history of KSP.

That might be nice, actually! Maybe an update could be dedicated to reworking the UI to look more "modern" and less "placeholder". Personally, I like flat UIs, so we could have a loading screen like modern video games (ex. Logo of Squad fades in/out, Animated logo of KSP, Loading wheel at bottom right of corner with images of game), then perhaps tweak the UI to be less skeuomorphic and more UI-like. If you want to keep the current "shiny" UI, then a reworking would still be in order for the UI to make it somewhat more pollished.

This. Some things are so small, yet so crucial, that it's worth dedicating an entire update to them, in all honesty. I support the OP's idea as well; it wouldn't take too long to update, would it?

Great idea. It would be nice if Squad would add it in the update where the contracts are redesigned (they are being worked on, aren't they?)

I concur with the OP and the idea of a "polish" update. It'd be nice to have the game polished a bit before continuing with the breakneck pace of innovation. Just as a breather, for the devs and us, the players.
