Steam version, 64 vs 32

Okay, I haven't seen much info on the topic... is the Steam download still 32-bit? And is there an easy/any way to toggle it?

I'm also wondering whether Steam updates both the 32-bit and 64-bit executables. I couldn't tell from looking at readmes or the timestamps on my .exe files. I'm curious because I still seemed to have a couple minor right-click issues with 64-bit, after the 24.2 hotfix.

Edit: I fired up the 64-bit version, and the main menu says "24.2.599", so I suppose Steam did update the 64-bit as well as 32-bit executables. I think.

... there's a second executable in the KSP folder. Derp. Well, that answers MY question, I think.
