Debug Menu Secret Options????????

I remember seeing somewhere on the internet that 0.24 had added buttons to the debug menu to add and subtract science, funds, and reputation to your saved game. There was some combination of keystrokes that you had to use to make it appear, but I can't for the life of me remember what it is, and 30 minutes of searching the internet gave me nothing. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

It's pretty straightforward, actually:

Open the debug menu and hold the Alt for about 5 seconds (Command/Windows on Linux).
