my rover landed far away from the place i planned to, how do i teleport him?

is there any mod or something or can i do it by editing save?

Yep, Hyperedit. You'll need to use the ship lander. Which, in turn, means you'll need to convert the coordinates from degrees, minutes and seconds to degrees and decimals. There are online converters if you don't want to run the math yourself.

i have hyperedit already but i don't know how to use it for teleport

Use the Ship Lander function, enter your destination longitude, latitude and altitude. Quicksave first, small errors in any of those numbers can have bad effects.
