Probably not, you can't pan the camera round to view them

Most likely, AFAIK they are the same buildings put into a different place. I heard that haivng osmething on the other launch pad affects the normal one, so they are just copies. As long as they updated the buildings from the very old ones to the newish ones, then they are.

You'll have to go try to find out, but I wanted to clarify that they are not the same buildings as are at the KSC. They are more relics of an earlier KSP time.

Here is something a little easier, see if the island buildings are destructible. If they aren't, then it's almost certain KSP2 aren't either.

Aww, I thought they are clones of the others. I heard that the launchpads interfere with each other, but that's probably outdated by now :/
