Why Use Ergonomic Chairs?

Recommended Posts

Position of sitting adds stress to the structures in the spine. It is important to have an ergonomic chair that supports the lower back and evokes good posture to avoid developing or compounding back problems. Now a days, many will be sitting all day long – either in office environments or operating machines. Even though sitting requires less physical effort than standing or walking, it still puts a lot of stress on the lumbar area. Joint effects of a sedentary lifestyle and a job that requires sitting can lead to many health problems. So, selection of a suitable chair is a critical step in preventing health problems for people working in a sitting position. Please click here for Ergonomic Chairs for your home theatre seating.

Thanks a lot.

When two or more spacecraft are attached together (or a space station, in this case), you can transfer fuel between them no matter what is between them. To do this, you hold ALT and right click on two tanks. A little menu should pop up on the tanks, saying things like "In" and "Out" along with the current amount of fuel inside of them. All you have to do is to pressed the "In" and "Out" button to transfer the fuel. You can also do this RCS fuel.

As stated by Thomas988, when two ships are docked, fuel can be transferred from any one tank to any other tank.

Note that ther eis a difference etween fuel flow and fuel transfer.

Fuel flow is the way fuel drains automatically from tanks as your engines are burning. This is limited to certain parts and can be bypassed by using external fuel ducts. I'm not an expert on fuel flow, but there's several really good tutorials on it in the tutorial seciton.

Fuel transfer is always done manually by the method describd by Thomas988 here above. Fuel transfer can be done from any two connected tanks, no matter which parts connect them.

...or use the Goodspeed Automatic Fuel Pump mod. With that mod fuel will be pumped automatically to whatever tank(s) are designated to have priority. Saves a ton of time and fiddling around just to transfer some fuel from A to B. Especially handy with Space Stations. Just set the tanks on the Space Station as low priority, dock a vessel and it'll get refueled with no more interaction from you.

TAC Fuel Balancer is another good alternative to ease the pain of transferring fuel. Great benefit of TAC-FB is that it also handles other kinds of commodities, which is a boon if you use exotic fuels or some sort of life-support mod.

Some parts have crossfeed and others don't; I'm not sure whether there's a list anywhere, but you can sometimes see it in the craft files. I think the truss sections allow crossfeed, and the radial attachment points, but not the stage separators (obviously).

Crossfeed only affects fuel feed for resource consumption. And actually decouplers do allow crossfeed if the part connected to the ejection face is not a fuel tank. If it's a fuel tank, the game has special case logic that prevents fuel from being crossfed through the decoupler.

That is all different from fuel transfers. You can ALT+LeftClick on any two tanks on the same vessel and transfer fuel, no matter what's between (crossfeed capable or not).

Cheers,
