I made this stock orion for a rocket building company, but I decided to post it here. It uses the Delta V heavy for the launcher though, but it is the right size (5 m).

Without refueling it can reach eeloo and with refueling it can reach mars in rss.

Instructions:

1. hit space

2. hit z

3. hit space

4. wait 44 seconds and set the thrust limiter to 55.5% on the center engine

5. gravity turn at 10,000 m

6. when side boosters run out of fuel hit space

7. set thrust limiter to 100%

8. when you reach 40,000 m do half of the gravity turn done earlier

9. when apogee reaches 70,000 m throttle down to 2/3

10. coast to 75,000 and circularize using next stage when neccessary

(Unecessary step). dock and refuel

11. gravity slingshot by mun or the moon if in rss

12. go to destination

I am working on better fairings and a more realistic size.

Looks epic! Just wondering does the fairing affect the stability or the way the rocket flies in stock aerodynamic?

Also how do you put the fuel tanks together like that and still get the fuel to feed into just one engine?
