KSP 64x Crash - TR-2C Stack Separator

Sorry if this is the wrong place. I am still new here. If the TR-2C Stack Separator is clipping with anything it will crash the game when it is activated. I have gotten this crash to "work" on a few ships now.

Can you give a few more (clearer) details? Does this only happen in the Windows x64 build of KSP? Can you supply an example craft file (preferably that causes the crash on the launch pad) and a complete output_log.txt file (as described in the "Stock Support & Bug Reporting Guide" sticky thread in this sub-forum)?
