This is my tech tree, in latest beta version of the game.

I need CHEAPEST possible rocket to get into orbit..., so I can have enough money to buy the (funds>science) perk, it costs around 50k.

Anyone have any spacecrafts for under 8000 $$$?

I don´t have any crafts right now. However I would suggest to take the reputation -> science strategie on 25-50%. It helped me very much during my career, and you´ll need your funds in 0.90 more than before.

OK Figured it out. Cheapest rocket i could build that gets to low kerbin orbit with plenty of fuel for "mistakes" and retrograde burn to fall back to earth safely.
