I was exploring the possibilities of having a wheel with rockets roll down the runway (It failed miserably), but then I thought that this wheel could be adapted to be a centrifuge. KSP decided to screw all the symmetry options, etc. and I basically hand-placed most of the parts with some copy paste. The usage is pretty self-explanatory. I'd love if someone could make a better version and share it.
