Camera Angles in IVA

I'm working on some cinematics, and I was wondering if anyone knew of any to unlock the camera in IVA mode.

For instance, to look at two Kerbals in a capsule from the windshield as opposed to first person from one of the kerbals in said capsule. Or at both from the side, something like that.

I know that if you double click on on the window you want to look from, you can then pan the camera, so you will then be viewing back into the cabin from the perspective of the window. I'm not sure if it will allow you to view all occupants in each case though. Worth checking out.

I tried. Looks like it'll only pan over so far in every direction.

I wonder if there's an MM file or something that can be written to allow that. I could also try to build a "set" with external seats I guess too. Makes me almost want to run off and learn C# to write something up, lol.

I know this is a bit of necromancy but I have to give this a little bump since several updates have been made since the original thread was started. I'm also trying to view the kerbal's faces while in IVA mode. Is this possible yet? I've seen video's where it's been done and I've come across references to some number pad secret but I've not found anything that works.
