  1. What Brofessional meant was that you cant do additions on version numbers. you could have a 0.9 followed by a 0.10, and then a 0.11
  2. PC Gamer published their Top 100 Games http://www.pcgamer.com/best-pc-games/ KSP ended up in 17th place.
  3. And im on vacation out of the country for a week starting April 29th... must - not - cancel - flight...
  4. "do i really wanna do all that again? NO." love how you started with the fitting nosecones and then just winged it haha
  5. Love the video! My suggestions would be to have a crazily overpowered rocket to go to the Mun. Maybe back. Whatever. As long as i can hear you cackling while it happens
  6. I tried building a Shuttle as well, but encountered a few problems with hull integrity Sometimes it seems like all you need is a fuel tank gently touching the Mk3 Parts and the whole thing disassembles completely, any way to get around that problem? Edit: refined the shuttle stack. works alright until reentry, then it sooner or later turns into and completely uncontrollable stone tumbling to earth.
  7. A metric ton is 10^3kg. But you are totally right, they could fake the numbers a bit, having the asteroid be 100m big but have a low weight to push and increased gravity so its not that hard to get inside its SOI.
  8. I'm pretty sure it was named after the egyptian god of death. If you wanna go greek, maybe Hades?
  9. Nuclear fusion doesnt need an atmosphere, they go boom just as much in vacuum. Problem with nukes is, you turn one big problem into thousands of slightly smaller problems that are now radioactive and still fly in mainly the same path as before, and you scatter them like shotgun pellets all over the world.
  10. Wikipedia says, asteroid 2002 MN with an estimated diameter of 73 meters has a mass of 5.4 * 10^8 kg, which is 540k tons. So at 100 meters diameter its a million tons easy. But then again i think to change its orbit when its far away from Kerbin would be possible without ridiculously big ships. if you deflect it further out than Eeloo, a few m/s of dv will be enough. I have no idea how we can get that mass into low Kerbin orbit though...
  11. So i am pretty sure its larger than 1-3 meters. The pushing into orbit is interesting... will it have some sort of docking mechanism so we can attach our rockets against it? Sounds like the Rosetta probe lander of ESA.
  12. Hello everyone! After i just had to abort - i mean, ending as planned... oh who am i kidding my rocket crashed into the ocean just next to the KSC. Note to self, fuel ducts should not end on a strut. Anyways, i have been playing for a while now and finally got around to registering here on the forums. Looking forward to fun times discussing the game, the universe and everything with all of you, Mario (disclaimer: not the jumping plumber, no matter how many times you ask about Luigi )
