  1. Please update the title of this thread and the first post - I didn't notice that a new version was released, I'm still using the one from december
  2. I like the barn and fully support the #BringBackTheBarn movement! It has this nice kerbal touch of pioneers. I can totally imagine Wernher von Kerman (who was actually a farmer in this case) coming up with a new idea to get the fertilizer on his fields - and thus KSP was born. He just took this fuel tank, strapped a seat on it, made a small fire to start the fuel burning and off we go! This is not (or shoudn't) a government funded space program like NASA! KSP has to do contracts to get things done, they are pioneers and researcher finding new things... the barn is perfect in showing that. I honestly can't see the problem at all. You don't like the barn? No problem: just a few flights and contracts and you can upgrade your stuff.
  3. I noticed strange phantom forces on my Valkyrie Science Station around the Mun while trying to dock with my Einherjar Munar Lander. It "drifts" away from my Lander with several m/s (I don't know how much exactly but it definitly more than ~50m/s). As soon as I approach it and the distance is under 3km the Station starts to drift away. Switching to the Valkyrie shows that it moves slowly out of the camera view for a view seconds. I placed this station with HyperEdit into a 175km orbit as my old station blew up in an incident (let's just say Jeb was a .....little bit to fast while trying to dock with it ). There is currently a Crew Carrier docked to the station. I currently have these mods installed: KSP-I Lite TAC RemoteTech2 MKS ScanSat RCSLandAid Chatterer DMagical Orbital Science EVE FinePrint KAS KerbalEngineer Infernal Robotics NEAR Procedural Fairings Proximity ScienceAlert Karbonite RasterPropMonitor VesselView (very laggy) Universal Storage (KAS, TAC, Core) Is there any solution to this problem? Savefile editing? A mod? Would be a shame to destroy the Valkyrie Edit: The mods are all updated and my PC shouldn't be the problem either.
  4. Using your fairings created uncontrollable wobble for upper parts (shielded by the fairings). It seems that the force between the base and an attached decoupler is too low. As soon as I get above ~1.30 TWR the upper parts start to swing around until something breaks. Maybe I'm connecting the parts wrong but I cant get it to work correctly. I have no problems with rockets with higer TWR and no fairings so it shouldn't be a NEAR problem.

  6. I currently have the same issues as ss8913. I made a clean KSP installation today and got some basic mods (KSP-I, KAS, MKS and some smaller ones) but everything except KSP-I works. All your parts wont show any buttons to press (ie. activate a reactor). I'm totally new to KSP-I so maybe I'm doing something totally wrong but I suspect a bug. I reinstalled KSP-I several times, deleted the previous folders but it didn't change a thing. I also have that "graphic expands on mouseover"-bug. Whats firespitter.dll and why do I need it?
