  1. Well, it is an asymmetric design using vanilla parts: The idea is to balance the constant thrust of two boosters with variable thrust of the liquid engine. Start with about 80% of thrust. The real fun, however, begins when boosters run out.
  2. Hi. Just started playing with vanilla KSP, but haven't found any... construction similar to this. The idea is that it is possible to add parachutes on top of boosters as well. Unfortunately, they are lost if deployed on start. So, the first stage are the liquid engines - you lift on 30-100 meters, throw them off and fire the second stage: 5 SASs included, bonus points for landing the capsule safely (easier than you may think).
