I just had this problem exactly.

Does anyone else want to also see the old 2D map? I miss its retro orbit tracks.

Mine seems to be working perfectly now thanks to the fix. Beeps and all.

I was performing an Aerocapture to Eve with my new topography probe when I was greeted with this sight. I was pretty chuffed.

I installed a plugin that allows you to lock your flight (covers the end flight button) and has a button off to the side to unlock the flight. I installed it after carefully putting together a space station piece by piece and before going to bed hit end flig-- shhhhhiznit. I'll try to find it and post it here.
