Mod Help

I have an idea for a mod that adds modular cubes to build rockets with. I have everything planned out and I know how to write the code. I ran into the problem of the .mu files being really hard to create. I spent half the day trying to figure it out and was unable to. I was wondering if anyone could do the exporting for me (I have the .dae files).

Feel free to tell me any ideas you have for this mod.

Someone could do this for you, I could do this for you, but you would be better served in the long run learning how to do it yourself. If you wanted to make changes, you'd have to get someone to do it each time. Where are you getting stuck? Unity export, or Unity install?

You do need Unity (preferably 4.2.2 for the time being, for animations) and the Part Tools package for it in order to export them properly. This video by Tiberion helped me greatly:

Thank you. The problem was, and still is the part tools package download link does not work for me. I also tried the blender plugin and tried to export and it didn't work. Is it just me or does the part tools download link also not work for you?
