Issues with intakes

KSP modded, only part mods are Mk2 & Mk3 expansion. The problem is that all air intake parts display two independently manageable intakes, screenshot here. Does anybody know how I can solve this? If needed PM me and I can send you the logs.

Nothing is wrong with that,this is because there is a patch that adds another module with "intake atmosphere",so you can use air intakes in non oxygen atmospheres.Especially important for "Rontgen" engine.
