Spontaneous orbit change.

Recommended Posts

I run into a troublesome situation. A problem started to appear a few days ago.

KSP: 1.2.2.1622 Win32

Problem: Eva-ed kerbals, decoupled and detached stages/parts spontaneously changing orbit via Radial-in always end up on a crash course. Also impossible to use timewarp focusing eva-ed kerbal or detached stage due to phantom acceleration. It prevents me from completing rescue missions or any spacewalk operations.

Steps: I can recreate it with these steps.

1. Build a rocket capable of going into circular orbit.

2. Launch it manually or with MJ2 into any height orbit. Stages detached in process will quickly loose its altitude.

3. Eva kerbal and let it go of cockpit.

Log start just before Eva:. http://pastebin.com/f2907wMM

Full flight log: (i hope) http://pastebin.com/KLP3bg1W

Ps. Sorry English is not my first language.

UPD. Just launched a ship to the Mun. The same effect happens here but significantly slower/weaker. It appears to be based on celestial body gravitation.
