(Need Help) What addon for texture replacer is this?

I was looking at the KABOOM Kronicle made by the fantastic Norcalplanner. I saw the little class rank in the bottom left corner of the Kerbal external screen from a spacecraft. I'll link his entire thread as well:

 

All I found was USI kolinization class suits, and those weren't even close to what these looked like. Thanks!

This is not addon for TR,it's "Portrait Stats".
