Help introducing me Orbiter 2016 mods

I want to get back into orbiter but I'd like some help with learning where to get mods, how to install them, how to get them to work and so on.

Just for clarity I'd like something to simulate an Apollo Saturn V vehicle (and capsule), sounds, maybe a Gemini one too. 

I don't know since I'm new! So I'm eager to learn  !

Well I'm still curious what the most have mods are, which ones are the better ones to use and ofc, how to install them  .
