sorry, but without looking to our logs etc, I bet it's a mod that is not for your version. 

Please make sure every mod you have is for 1.2.2 and not for 1.3 or 1.1.3

You are using 1.3 mods in 1.2.2 which will 100% cause crashes. Below are the ones I've identified as using the 1.3 version (there could be more). You need to start a clean install and only install 1.2.2 versions of mods.

If the netkan hasn't been updated for a parts mod that includes a plugin and that mod is updated to 1.3, CKAN thinks that updated is for 1.2.2 and will install it anyway. This will break your game. You need to remind the author to have the netkan updated to only install for ksp 1.3 so old versions aren't updated with broken plugins.
