Solar Panels?

Right, most of us know that a LFE with negative fuel consumption will re-fill a fuel tank. Some people have even taken this ability and produced 'solar panels', which act as if they absorb sunlight to regenerate fuel.

Two things I\'d like to know:

1: The issue with these solar panels is that they can fill a tank beyond its max capacity. Has this been fixed, or is there a workaround?

2: Does the same property apply to RCS thrusters?

The thing about RCS thrusters is that in order for them to regenerate fuel, I think they would need to be firing constantly, which obviously causes problems.

Nope, no workaround possible or anything, it WILL happen because in theory it\'s not supposed to happen. Might see the light of day when we get electricity and as such a limit WILL need to be implemented because we DO recharge batteries in space currently.
