Does anybody have the smallest idea about when the site will be up?

When flying in the atmosphere it will flip around and point retrograde and if i try to flip it back again it will just begin to spin out of control.

It wont work with 0.25... -.-

It's impossible to control. I just trurned SAS off and the engine off and it began to flip and spin, and it was impossible to get under control again. Please what do i do. Have i done something wrong!?
