The Linux Thread!
Phi Function replied to sal_vager's topic in KSP1 Technical Support (PC, unmodded installs)
I'm having the same problem. With strace it calls showing some function that waits for a thread to end (or something similar) shown. Forgot to write down its name. Will try your solution. But I hesitate to reinstall the old NVidia drivers as with them another game of mine isn't running ... -
[0.90.0] Fine Print vSTOCK'D - BETA RELEASE!!! (December 15)

That's the problem. Which mods should Fine Print use for balancing aerial survey missions? The current values are good for vanilla aerodynamics, they are bad for anything more realistic. And yes, I am using the vanilla aerodynamics as I do not build or fly planes very often. My comment was written under the assumption that the missions are balanced for the vanilla aerodynamics. -

I have no problems reaching heights of 20000 with my basic engine jet, but I found these missions annoying for a different reason. If your waypoints are on the other side of the earth, then my basic engine jet needs an hour to reach the other side of Kerbin. This is not fun. -

Nice mod. Some feedback on 0.52a: (1) The acceptance radius for rover waypoints seems to be too large. As soon as you reach a site you do not have to drive around. The distances between the waypoints themselves are good. Everything else seems to be fixed in 0.53a. (2) I have the feeling that I am getting far too much science for waypoint missions.
