Same here for me. Science will not be added at all! Removing the plugin got it working again. Also no "xx Science added" message after transmitting finished.

I found a bug with KSP 1.0. The effects are visible on Jet Engines (excluding rapier) even when they are off. Anyone can confirm this ?
