    Steps to mitigate that problem:
Temporary remove the crew from your craft. Do everything that you want (check masses, ΔV budget etc). Add the crew back when you are ready to go. Report this KSP 1.2 bug to @SQUAD (maybe they will fix it this time).
  2. Phineas Freak's post in Can I delete KSP_Data directory? was marked as the answer
Yes, in fact you can do that, along with some other useless files/folders (buildID.txt, Launcher_Data, Launcher.exe). IIRC you can even rename the "KSP_x64.exe" and "KSP_x64_Data" to just "KSP.exe" and "KSP_Data" (like the x86 counterparts).
  3. Phineas Freak's post in Problem with Kopernicus was marked as the answer
Both the errors that you posted here complain about Kopernicus failing to find the requested texture file that is specified in the body config. So, check the actual file paths to the texture. Maybe you have a typo in a folder and/or texture name.
  4. Phineas Freak's post in Plume problems was marked as the answer
Are you sure that a) RealPlume is installed and b) if the folder exists is it actually populated with the correct content? Your log shows that no "RealPlume" folder was ever registered by KSP.
