  1. Hi everybody, Am I seeing things or scaling now works properly? =D
  2. Hi everybody Been trying out RemoteTech on a test carrier play through and was wondering if geosynchronous orbit is the same for half the usual 2869KM altitude? I only have the Communotron 16 and Reflectron DP-10 at the moment :"> Regards and thanks in advance.
  3. It's been awhile since my last post in this thread. :"> Without further ado, I present the KSS Hero of Mun: Lift-off from KSC. While performing standard gravity turn procedure. Assembled and operational around Mun. Currently docked are the KSV Future Quest the Science Lander Mk2. This was inspired by one of the cool B9 Aerospace image albums. :"> Have another thread in the forum that shows a Rover Carrier and a view of Kebin on Mun's horizon with Kerbol in the background.
  4. Finally gotten around to posting a couple of my latest designs. Been going nuts on building small scale mining bases (less than 60 parts) around Kerbin which crashes most of the time when I change since from them. Eventually had to remove Dynamic Texture Loader since something about it creates tons-o-nullrefs Anyways, here they are: Rover Carrier Mk1 orbiting Minmus: Survey Rover detached from the Rover Carrier Mk1: There is a bigger carrier in the works to bring a crewed rover built around the Karibou Expedition Rover mod pack. KSS Hero of Mun, in orbit around Mun (heh ) Fuel tanks and engines still attached. This was inspired by one of the cool B9 Aerospace album images. Currently working on a newer version that uses senior docking ports and a B9 drone based tug. Science Lander Mk2 with a member of the 3rd Mun Landing Team enjoying the view of Kerbin on the horizon and Kerbol. The Science Lander Mk2 has four landing legs and is a bit shorter than the Mk1 which had three. The Mk1 was used by the 1st Mun Landing team (led by Jeb) while Val's team (2nd Mun Landing Team) was the first to use the Mk2.
  5. Just saw this on the net: ESA PLANNING TO BUILD AN INTERNATIONAL VILLAGE… ON THE MOON!
  6. The KSS Eternal Brilliance, the newest space station orbiting Kerbin. Looking at the KSV Future Quest as it slowly descends to docking pad 1 of KSS Eternal Brilliance. To the right is the Ascent Return Vehicle Mk2 that arrived hours ago with a couple of scientists to man specific USI LS parts for LS recycling and conversion optimization. And currently docked is the KSV Future Quest to refuel since I messed up the ascent and forgot to wait for the space station to be above KSC. :"> Select science experiment modules (from Universal Storage MOD) are under the HX adapter part connected to the docking port.
  7. It's more than a week since my post and so far, here are a couple of update images of a new vessel and space station: KSV Future Quest (left) and KSS Eternal Brilliance (right) KSV Future Quest aligning itself to dock at one of the docking pads KSV Future Quest docked. Also shown docked is the Ascent Return Vehicle Mk2.
  8. Just came across an article and saw these videos: Stan Draws Spaceships 1: Expendable Launch Vehicles Here's another that may help in building space shuttle/space planes: Stan Draws Spaceships Episode 2, Part 1: The Space Shuttle Regards
  9. Thanks He_162, glad you like them. Hope I could upload some more designs depending on my progress later this evening. Up next on my list are: - an orbital beacon ship (parameciumkid's Jump Drive MOD) to be sent to Mun and Minmus - Kerbin space transport (going to be used to ferry crew between Kerbin and its 2 moons) - ascent-descent vehicles for both the moons, not sure if I can install all the science parts currently available in my career tech tree - jump drive segment
  10. KSV Cosmic Hermes Kerbin orbit rescue ship with 6 passenger capacity, autonomous drone controlled. Mobile Collector Mk1 Autonomous drone controlled with 4 passenger capacity, usually 1 engineer tasked with dissembling debris and left over parts/segments from rescue missions and launches.
  11. My first space station for my current play-test campaign: KSS Blue Viking The name was generated by Champagne Bottle mod. Currently docked: KSV Cosmic Hermes (left most) Sat Carrier Mk1 (right most) The MaterialKits containers are from UKS that are used to hold...MaterialKits from disassembled spaceship parts no longer used and leftover debris within Kerbin orbit. Disassembly is performed by the resident space station engineer. Fuel Resupply Mk1 currently docked with space station: After a successful delivery of LFO and MP to the station, Routine Mission Manager MOD was used for succeeding refueling. Mobile Collector Mk1 docked with space station:
  12. Would just like to give a shout out to SirCmpwn, for his effort in putting up and maintaining Kerbal Stuff site. Sorry to find out that you've decided to close your awesome site. Kerbal Stuff is WAY better than curse. https://kerbalstuff.com/
  13. Hi everybody, Just want to ask if a previously scanned planet/body can still be re-scanned in order to see any additional resources like the ones added to CRP recently? Regards and thanks in advance
