Sorry, that was kinda vague on my part- linked under home page in my profile is kerbal military engineering, where on the first page, you should scroll down, and under atmospheric craft there should be arrowhead; click on that and there will be a link to the download.

I just wish that the fairings would keep the inside creation inside, and not let it go through like there isn't anything.
