the funny thing is I'm able to run all the addons plus a bunch of other mods and i run my game on a laptop

I would suggest you use some of the addons to bdarmory as some of them have naval weapons

I also saw this youtube video i forgot it name but he used structural panels to make it it was pretty small and tough the problem i saw with it though was that i could only operate VTOL aircraft

You might want to check out this thread for some ideas on your aircraft carrier

Just If you want't to know air to air missiles go on the outside of the wings and targeting pods near the body of the aircraft
