    1. Open Steam and go to the KSP page
    2. Properties -> General -> Set Launch Options...
    3. type in the following: "the path of KSP_x64.exe" %command%
    ex: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Kerbal Space Program\KSP_x64.exe" %command%
    4. run KSP as usuall
    5. enjoy your 64 bit KSP!
    6. ???
    7. PROFIT!!!!!!!

    No it's a problem with an outdated mod. I'd suggest starting a clean install and re downloading each mod. This is the full list of what you have installed:

    delete the entire KSP folder

    yup there's no DRM so you can just copy your entire KSP folder and put it anywhere you want on your computer
