Is there a way to change a setting/options so that rigid attachment in the parts interface in the VAB is always on by default? I have been looking in the game files but only found this in a readme folder * Support Rigid Attachment (non-bendy) option for part joints in cfg and in the PAW.

I am using the docking port junior for my orbital refuelling station but when docked I can not get it to perform a fuel transfer. The cross feed is enabled on both ports and I have fuel in the tank. I think I am using version 1.1.2 is there something I am doing wrong? Please help.
