What maximum time is allowed between Launch and Static fire? Falcon heavy launch probably in 2019? Crew Dragon ~2022? BFR launch ~2100?

Wondering is Tesla semi used to deliver F9 to lauch site in future? And ship to deliver people to BFR Earth to Earth launch site will be battery powered?

After Heavy demo launch, probably next is after a year from that.

As i understand NASA is just jealous and do not allow Spacex crew propulsive landings. But why not propulsive landings for cargo only? Faster capsule reuse and no water damage. Now it seems Soyuz (1960s technology) is better than future dragon v2. Because Soyuz lands on land but dragon V2 only in water = expensive reuse.

Nice, but next launch will be over a month. Hoping they now have time to fix LC-40 sooner.
