Nothing about that in the regular settings page. Maybe you mean in the ascent guidance, which was already left off. I have however found what was causing it. In the Rover Autopilot, it was the Brake on Energy Depletion setting, which doesn't make any sense to me.

So I have searched all over the internet for this, with no luck. I am using SP-L 1x6 solar panels on a rover. When I deploy them they will charge my batteries until they are fully charged then auto retract. This is extremely annoying, because I want to have them always out. The only mods im using are KAS, KIS, Mechjeb and some other misc ones. Is there anyway to keep those solar panels extended???
