Ok So I started with a fresh install of KSP 1.7 and CKAN. I moved KSP to a local file out of steam. I selected the the mods I am trying to get and again had issues . I would include images but I do not know how with the URL insert button.... dont know where to hang my pics to get a URL... Well I have the Pics in a google drive but cant insert the URL.... be glad to email them to someone bc I cant get them any other way that I know of.

Hello All, So I am trying to get back into KSP(Modded) since my last time playing around 2 years ago. My previous version with mods was deleted ( Stopped working correctly via steam updates and mods becoming out of date) My Question is can someone please assist me in getting back into KSP and getting the mods I like. I am use CKAN then an now. However now I have KSP 1.7.3 and CKAN does not have most of the mods that I am looking for under that version. I have tried to revert KSP to a 1.4 version but I could not get that to work ether( several mods would not install via CKAN correctly). I have tried both using KSP under the steam folder and placed KSP out side of steam. I have also tried not only using CKAN to get the mods it provided and then also download the others from GITHUB and manually placing them in the GameData Folder. I am not sure why i am having these issues as I dont understand why CKAN wouldn't work right with a 1.4 version ( wont install several mods I am looking for) and why manually installing the ones that it doesn't provided also dont work ** One Issue I had with GITHUB was the file down loaded has the name *-master* included in it and it then had one or two sub folders of GameData File and im not sure I was getting the correct folder out of the downloaded file into the KSP Game Data File** I am trying to get back to using mods such as USI ( Life Support, Konstructor, ie most of the USI family) KIS KAS Planetary Base System SETI ( Family of mods) Remote Tech Unmanned before manned Community Tech Tree ( with as many supporting mods as i can find) Contract Packs ( As many as i can find that are not just busy work) Mech Jeb Joint Reenforcement ect. Is there like a do all catch all location that I can download a "Mod Pack" Something that would have several of these or similar mods that are like bundled? Please Help!!! I Miss KSP

Yes I have and im currently as we speak reinstalling the current verson of KSP to try and just deal with what ever mods are listed as compatible with this version using CKAN. I know other night it was like only a couple hundred out of the some 2,000 on CKAN, That is there are only currently a couple hundred compatible with the current verison and several mod I am looking for are not listed as currently compatible. It kinda seems all the "Good Mods" or at atleast some of what I would call the mods that really improved the game are not being updated or maintained.... That is why I was gonna try and revert to version 1.4 but that didnt work ether.

I would agree with most of those mods from when I did have aroun a 100+ mod list when i was heavy into KSP about 2 years ago. Since then I have gotten away from KSP and my game has "changed" been Delete or other wise just doesnt work right. Now I am trying to get back into KSP and looking for a more modist mod list but currently I cant get anything I want to run.... I have reverted to a 1.4 verson and most of the mods I want in CKAN for some reason wont install in a manner to run correctly. I have also tried the current 1.7.3?? I think it is version with CKAN and it doesn't seem to have most of the mods listed or available bc it say they are not compatible. I can not find away around this to get back to an enjoyable version of KSP with building options, Life Support options, Unmanned before manned and Remote Tech, and I seemed to really Like SETI bundle.

Hey do you have a good mod list or can i find one somewhere? I know I can jsut scroll thru CKAN and pick up mods that look go to me but I have had trouble in the past trying to get a good set of mods that all play off each other or will run with one another. Also I seem to have issues with getting alot of mods that has similar features and part that make my parts list and contract list super long... Would love a mod list if you could provide one or tell me somewhere else to look. Thanks

Yes I am. Gonna guess ur gonna ask for the list, but funny thing is i can not open CKAN bc well something is wrong and it will let me start the game in steam but... i cant open the CKAN and idk why

Hello all like most I am working on my SSTO Project. I am running J-X4 Whiplash Turbo RamJets and I am seeing an issue with the throttle... The aircraft keep automatically adjusting the throttle on its own and i can not over ride it.... It will throttle down then up and keeps making changes in flight. To attempt to correct this I have. 1. Changed type and number of intakes. 2. Changed type and number of engines. I can not seem to keep it at a steady 100% throttle between 5k and 15k... Any ideas? *** CORRECTION I AM NOW HAVING THIS ISSUE AT DIFFERENT ALTITUDES NOT JUST THE RANGE I LISTED ABOVE***
