Thanks for the info, I look forward to the update! I'll just make sure my green people have enough buffer on their crafts in the meantime.

I'm running ksp version 1.41 (x64), with TACLS 0.13.9, and it appears that recyclers are not functioning on unloaded vessels, though they'll recalculate upon reload (unloaded vessel processing is checked).
