I have a book on this!
A. Get a 3D modeling tool. The book says Blender.
B. Model something. Anything.
C. Map the part out by selecting seams (I dunno. Click on the outer lines and see what it does. Better yet google it).
D. Get an image editor.
E. Make a texture. Map it to the seams you marked. This is UV mapping.
F - pay respects
G. Export the part as a .blend file. Now this is where Unity comes in
H. Get either version of Unity.
I. Make a new project and import the .blend.
J. Then find the little “generate colliders” button. I forgot the rest, I’ll get back to u
