I think its working now? https://imgur.com/a/Yco1flm Jool still looks a bit whitewashed but that may just be the new jool textures he mentioned, Also duna still has no clouds? But i think i found the problem of where the duna textures went to. The link on the main page for the textures sends me to 1.0.7 after redownloading that one it still was missing the duna textures, however after downloading the 1.0.8 version it has the duna textures in the files and my planets now look like they loaded. It looks like the .8 got cut off of the link on the first page.

I am also having this same issue. Unfortunately reinstalling SVE and every dependency 5 times did not fix it. I even tried without Scatterer and Kopernicus and got a different result, clouds on the night and dawn/dusk side of Kerbin turned black and every planet except Kerbin and Laythe was stock and had no enhancements at all.
