Fuel Ducts Don't Attach

Yes, the fuel duct can be quite stubborn. Hold down the shift key as you do the 2nd attachment. That often works for me. -
I wish that the QUICKSAVE naming would pad zeros to make the number after the # three digits. Then the quicksaves would be sorted in numerical ascending order rather than #1 and #10-19 and #100-199 being all grouped before #2.

Oh no, this seems to be broken since KSP v1.8.1 update yesterday. Is anyone else experiencing this? The window toggle has disappeared.
