Interesting. Normally in order to produce specialized parts you need material kits and a bit of machinery. The fact that mahcinery is full should not cause this. Can you send a screenshot and a KSP.log?

So i have a strange bug. Yesterday i was trying to do a minmus mission when i realised that the terrier engine's plume just didn't show up.I tried it at differen't bodies and it worked fine.I also tried different engines and they worked fine too. https://imgur.com/a/sJFfWkp

Well thats the problem.Check the .cfg files.They require a bunch of things. But only 2 of them are in the folder.Which is clouds for sarnus(Sarnusa and Sarnusb).

Im sad to say that its not working.You add it to GameData but nope no clouds for the planets at all(Idk if ım the only one with this issue).The thing is when ı open the EvE menu,ı can see the configs in there but they are not working properly for some reason.Please send help.
