  1. I am shedding tears of utter happiness and joy. I'm so glad I found out today (Friday). Tell me, what is new?
  2. That's funny, but seriously how did you do it. Because I wanna do a similar thing.
  3. What do you use to keep the other 2 guys in orbit?
  4. http://kerbalspaceprogram.com/forum/showthread.php/16723-UNOFFICIAL-FANMADE-0-17-Discussion-Thread-2 But I might make a post here *other than this 1*
  5. Welcome, Happy Launching Arrr! Hehe, beat ya to it Capt n'.
  6. Hi, a tip for getting FROM the mun once you've landed, is to go 800 m/s, then once in kerbin orbit, burn retrograde until your perilapsis is kerbin itself
  7. How did you manage to dock with the Kosmos mod? I'm currently trying to dock on my space station with a docking node, 1 side with docking rings, other side none. And yes I am trying to dock with a docking ring.
  8. Similar to "The music you should play when you launch a rocket" by name. It can be when the kraken strikes, critical landing/launch failure, parts collide, parts break off, or over shot something. Here is my music for those situations: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p2KI0tJ5yUA&list=PL94C2EF38B086CBEF&index=10&feature=plpp_video
  9. I'm not surprised Jeb lasted that long.
  10. [insert Title Here] I'm just abit curious. I know these type of mods are not possible right now. *Evidence by the fact that there is no mods that do that.* But do you think after 0.17 planet and moon mods will be possible?
  11. Use a rocket made to get to the mun, and burn all your stages straight upwards. Nowhere but UP! *reads text below my name* Ah PFSOFIS SAWAGWHAT!? BOTTLE ROCKETEER!!!!???? I am INSULTED!
  12. Congratulations, over the course of the next month, it will be as easy as moving your finger.
  13. Thanks for all the tips. I tried each one out and they all worked. Just a quick little question: Do these tips apply to Minmus too?
  14. I'm able to easily get to the Mun with the tips from the community, but all the tips I've heard for getting back to Kerbin either didn't make sense to me, or didn't work. I want to get back to Kerbin so I can actually have some challenge. *Just go to Minmus, there's a challenge for ya.* Pfff...been there, done that way too many times. *So why aren't you asking how to get from Minmus back to Kerbin?* Because the Mun is the first place I landed, so I want it to be the first place I return from. *Why are you saying stuff in the 3rd person in these quotes?* Because I like to answer questions before anyone asks them. Please give me atleast a few tips.
  15. No. And I just asked what you guys think of both games. Not which one is the all-out best.
  16. I posted this thread because I\'m just bored and would like to see what people think of both games. Here are my pros and cons. Oh and one last thing: Keep it civil. KSP Pros: Spore-level customization Great physics Cartoony style (Coming from a guy who loved Legend of Zelda: Windwaker) Bill Bob Jebediah Freedom Good Graphics KSP Cons: Graphics could be better. Specifically the atmosphere. But this is a very very minor con. Not too much to do. (There is abit but not alot.) Only 1 planet and 2 moons. (This con will be gone after 0.17) Orbiter 2010 Pros: Atmospheres look amazing. Entire solar system to work with. VERY Accurate physics. Endless amount of mods. Alot to do. With mods. Orbiter 2010 Cons: More stuff to do than KSP, but not much more. (Without mods) Graphics look like they are from 2004. (Minus the atmospheres) Close to no customization. (Minus mods) Not alot of space ships included. (Without mods)
  17. Very nice. I was able to get it into orbit. But had about 25% fuel left. Capable of going to the mun. In-capable of coming back to kerbin.
  18. So what I mean is: I would like the next planet to have rings that are made up of space rocks/asteroids once you get close enough. Take as an example. Yeah I don\'t really have much to say. So, [insert poll question here]EDIT: If you could, I would also like you to post a reply. I would like to see how you see things, in more depth.
