I find the career mode to be just right, the survey missions give me a reason to build atmosphere planes. And the lack of manoeuvre nodes doesn't affect me as I have done interplanetary missions without them, so I am capable of flying without them. I also didn't find myself grinding at any point, or at least grinding in an annoying manner (but I am playing on normal, plus some hard features). I am playing with life support mods, and the limits on vessel size has forced me to be creative, which I like.

I use it only for landers, I use serial and occasionally parallel staging for launchers.

I did have all my administration "things" focused on money and science, but even removing those benifts it was still about 700000 funds, 900 rep and 4000 science.

Kerbal XP and merits, certain 'things' they can achieve by e.g having 20h EVA time or being the first kerbal in space ect. Upgradeable buildings, this one is self-explanatory All of the features currently mentioned Planets, some more planets. Planets. In space. Cause I like planets, especially ones with lots of moons and more planets. Did I mention planets?

This sounds strange but I would perform a mundane (no pun intended), borderline tedious mission, over and over again. For example, landing on the Mün with the same craft at least 3 times. After I become really bored I make slight changes to the ship, and when I got somthing different, I would start editing it in order to perfect the design. Thus inspiration for new craft. Or see how many fragments I can make explode from one scatter bomb (current record 528 fragments)

Can't wait for eve, my favourite so far is either laythe or Duna (not by much, because they're all good)

I think it's quite RARE for companies to be ruined by Microsoft. (Lel puns) Rare was a video game company in the 1990s and 2000 that where brought by Microsoft in 2001 IIRC, since then they've realised nothing close to the quality of their original titles Seriously though, I only really use minecraft to build redstone computers, but I can see how Microsoft could ruin everything, no actually, I can see how Microsoft WILL ruin everything. (By not listing to the community, concentrating on money, no PC or PS3/4 realises, Xbox one exclusive, more money. Did I mention money, because Microsoft like money)

They're good for easy and quick designs, i.e no0bz they are quite inefficient in rocket mode (320 isp IIRC) but you save on weight by not needing 2 jets and one rocket or 2 rockets and one jet (unless your really crazy and build an asymmetric SSTO with one rocket and jet) as well as R.A.P.I.E.Rs have short nozzles so less chance to clip the ground.

With this mod I don't think I'll ever use anything but IVA Edit: Doesn't work, Just like the last release I only have about 20 parts, no large HL parts, no IVA's no Mk II or Mk V parts, 4 cockpits 3 wings and nothing else, a shame really

Accedently building a small space station out of parachute delivery drones. (I didn't even notice until the 7th) Or, probably my hextuple encounter, laythe->tylo->laythe->Vall->tylo->tylo, within 4 orbits (the last encounter smashed me into Jool). Best slingshot ever.
