  1. I feel there needs to be a way to build a legacy for your flights. It is very satifying to land on the moon or send a sattelite in orbit around a planet, but there is no record of it. I would love for there to be a way to take photographs on the flight, from a camera part or from the point of view of a kerbal. To be able to collect rock samples and bring them back, and for all of these to be put into a mission log that can be reviewed and maybe even have a museum where you can view your flights. I know this is quite a large feature, but I feel it will make accomplishments in the game much more satifying and can serve as way to show your friends the game to possibly reach more customers. I am a developer so I may look into making this a mod on my own but I wanted to see what other thought of the idea as well.
  2. I love kerbal space program, but I find that once I complete a mission, such as landing on the moon. I have nothing to show for it but space junk. I would love for there to be a way for kerbals to take pictures and collect samples from the planet to bring back. These pictures and samples could then be viewed in a museum that serve as a testament of your accomplishment. This could be expanded to have a camera part that could be added to sattelites and rovers to enable them to take pictures as well. I know I could do this documenting manually using screen captures but it seems more exciting when the pictures are taken by kerbals. I hope that this isn't seen as simply being the already requested 'more cameras' feature. This feature is more about giving your space program a history and a legacy. Being a game developer I understand a museum is not a simple thing to add to the game, but if this is a feature the developers think is worth adding I would love to see it added piece by piece over the releases.
