Would this be possible at all? As in writing an audio stream to an mp3 which is then being read by another device over a USB (i.e outputting to a media player reading off that usb connection)
-
Anyone want to squad up? I tend to play at least a few rounds every day
-
Ah, indeed it is possible, thanks

Is there a way to use the Joolian moons to break into an orbit around Jool? I have a stage with 2347 delta v left, and want to end up in orbit around Tylo (big lander so transfer stage doesn't have a lot of delta v).
Aerobraking isn't an option:P

Eh, at least on my save, it's very hit or miss whether it works at all. Especially if the game's been running awhile, the menu will come up and I can adjust the size/shape/speed of the objects, but they don't spawn with the MMB. Happens in orbit, atmo, on the launchpad. Just doesn't work until reloading the game sometimes.
So towards that end OP, maybe close the game and reload from where you left off, try Whack-a-Kerbal again?
It doesn't spawn for me either, I'll try again.
-
I built this in orbit and a decoupler's not coming off. I can't get whack a kerbal to work and I'm not gonna relaunch the entire thing. What would be the best way to remove it?

I have spent many hours playing:
And the game I found so addicting I literally could not force myself to stop playing, Infectionator 2.
Oh, and if you're not opposed to spending a little money, you might check out Incredipede, which I found strangely haunting and compelling.
I have incredipede on my tablet actually, it's quite interesting.

Congratulations! You've discovered the rocket equation.
You make me feel stupid
-
Just put this into orbit with a spaceplane and I got quite an interesting delta-v readout

I basically want a game that'd be boring to most, really simple (Dwarf Fortress is actually pretty appealing, just a bit hard to get into). Preferably not needing a mouse, and with a bit of a learning curve? Dark Souls used to be my chill game before my controller stopped working with it properly
-
What do you like? Budget? Specs?
Uh I want something I can play while having something like 2 braincells to rub together basically. Think Race the Sun, Super Hexagon sort of simplicity. It's probably kinda weird, I just find most games are way too complicated to play while relaxing
Money isn't too much of an issue, just as long as it's got more than a few hours to it.
EDIT: Super Hexagon is well worth it if you haven't played it btw, it's a bit difficult at first, but I finished it after just under 20 hours and I still play it quite a lot
-
Does anyone know of a really chilled game that I can just casually play while relaxing? Something like an easier version of Super Hexagon would be perfect, which doesn't require much thought or effort. I just want something to zone out to.
Also I'd prefer something that doesn't need to make much sound.

Is it possible to adjust hinges in the VAB? Also it's nice that it remembers groups over subassemblies

I've been trying to build a helicopter with Infernal Robotics, but the helicopter blades start jittering around before the entire thing that's doing a magical dance. It's more an autogyro with propelled blades.
It goes straight up alright, but once I try and move it spins apart
-
Will this help with Infernal Robotics flex? Just been messing around with moving wings and what not in aircraft and they tend to try flapping
-
Poweramp (best music player), Swiftkey and Nova Launcher are what I use with my Nexus 7 (got it on Friday )7
Also the current Humblebundle, and weekly bundle have quite good games. I'm loving Bridge Constructor, and Super Hexagon is just as good as it is on PC
-
I'm surprised you're supporting the new LES. If you abort at ground level, or near it I should probably say, RealChute modded chutes do not have enough time to deploy before the pod smacks the ground. Yes yes, I know, can't talk about mods here, but I just want it noted.
So yeah, we need to remove the thrust transform for that side motor. Is this possible with only the files provided by Squad?
If you adjust chute deployment time it works fine

Can water ever react with salt to form Sodium Hydroxide, Hydrochloric Acid and Hydrogen?
H20 + NaCl -> NaOH + HCL + H2
Obviously it doesn't do this under normal conditions, but are there conditions under which this reaction would occur?
Also just noticed that I'm expecting Hydrogen to displace sodium which won't happen due to it's reactivity, but my question still stands.

I've been getting into Dark Souls lately, beat it in 58 hours with my first character, and I'm almost finished it with my second character now (at 40 hours).
-
It would be incredibly painful though.
I did it myself! Single Stage to orbit (excluding boosters), second stage to break into Eeloo orbit, lander lands leaving second stage in orbit, on return the lander ditched it's life-support and empty fueltank (was running Ioncross at that point) and was docked with the second stage facing rearwards before firing into a Kerbin encounter
-
I'd like to point out that the LV-N is not really the only engine you should be looking at, going to Eeloo Apollo style is more than possible with chemical rockets
-
Also with bigger rockets Page up and Page down make the camera go up and down respectively, which is useful with taller rockets
-
Generally I mess around with aerodynamics and FAR, and I got this:
Is this purely a fluke or should it actually be as stable as it is? (No pull, and haven't been able to stall it)
-
The pyramids are underground now though aren't they?
Outputting audio stream to a "dynamic" mp3 file.

The PS4 only supports MP3's on a usb stick, and I generally use spotify for all my music
