B9 Procedural wings are not connecting

I use alot of mods, with KSP 0.90 32bit windows, with OPENGL

Issue: B9 procedural wings are not connecting. According to the debug menu, this is the issue:

[Exception]: ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Argument is out of range.

Parameter name: index

What does it mean? How can I fix it?
