Yesterday it happend to me again. At least the second time, probably third or more.

Let me paint a proverbial picture: After a while of not playing, an update arrives. I update the game, take my time looking at all of the features, launch a craft, [made a mistake] (this time i just forgot the parachute..) and Jeb immidiatly dies the first launch..

Not really,

I took a plane out for a short ride to see how the new aerodynamics are.

Learnt that mach 4-6 at 10k meters tends to overheat bits. 4 orange suited kerbonauts were "retired" that flight.

Ah, those things happen to me all the time as well!

Like forgetting to refuel tanks or re-add thrust to the engines after balancing them.

Makes for a lack-luster take-off or a nice poof-effect.
