Disable offset gizmo limits.

Ok well as the title says, im looking for a way to simplify having to manually edit the offsets in the .craft file, as there are a few sci-fi style craft im working on that i need to have some offset and i dont want any physical parts actually touching some stuff.

Is there a mod that allows one to disable the SPH/VAB limits on how far out you can drag a part? Cause if so i can find it, and if it doesnt exist id appreciate of someone made a mod to do this (id do it myself but im very busy with real life stuff and dont expect much freetime in the next few weeks).

I'd like this as well, currently to attach ground lights pointing up at my craft from the pad I need to use clamps or trusses laid along the ground. Would be nice to just be able to offset the lights out to the pad corners
